is something supposed to pop up or somethiing after you right click on the song you want to download?

hey, i had a question about downloading videos.
on most videos that i download using file2hd.com, it saves as either “get_video” or “.mp4″ but on certain other videos, it saves as a HTML document which does not let me to watch the video.
i’m not sure how to fix this problem but if you could find a solution as soon as possible, it would be an enormous amount of help.
