Hello,
Some bad news 
Due MS Changes, some download capabilities are not working (temporally);
- The downloading of standard songs will not work if you have a USA based IP address…
- The downloading of newly HQ songs will not work even from a proxy… Old HQ songs are working as they did before (Newly songs are those uploaded after 01 June 2009).
To overcome this (on standard songs) you must use a non USA based proxy. (There is no way to overcome this on newly HQ songs)
Why this? Well MS is changing its way of how the music is played on its player from standard MP3s to a some kind of Flash Streaming…

- MS downloads are not available (from any country)

If you got Firefox, install FoxyProxy and google proxy list
just try some proxies..
It is still working with some artists’ myspace and not others, and I’m from Canada. Is the new player being implemented for all of myspace?
It works if I right click and save from FireFox… well, for Standard Quality though.

there’s this band that’s from my area that just put up some new songs that i really want
i did what that Hidders guy suggested with the UK mirror. worked great. but it automatically saved as ‘default’, so i had to manually type in the title of the song.
I have gotten past this. This only happens if you go into one of their albums. If you put in there URL it should show all the titles to their son (if they posted them all up). I live in the USA and I am not having any problems. Just use the URL from the music page of your choice. You will be fine. If you go into one of their albums it will bring you to a different page. people saying it still works, are you sure they were uploaded after 1st of june? lol it DOESNT work, IP doesnt matter. you can still download some old HQ songs but ALL HQ after june 1st CANNOT be downloaded because they arent MP3 streamed. it doesnt work people. wait till file2hd has a solution
i think that is not IP issue beacuse, people from different countries have the same problem.
i have to say one thing: i find that some myspace sites have not locked his full mp3 (HQ quality music), is a peculiar thing that this happen.

Now isn’t this strange. I come for one song off of an album that has yet to be released (except for itunes) and now I find that myspace is sticking it to us again. There are a lot of sites that offer European proxy services but not all are legit. If you find one and it works without taking over your machine please post it here so the semiskilled stand a chance during the next phase of battle with myspace. I love this site because it affords me the opportunity to sample a wide range of music without having to buy a whole album first. so i used the uk mirror that hidders recommended. it worked for the first 5 songs but after that you have to buy credits. bullshit. and if you for any reason close the page, you can’t come back to it for another 8 hours.
File2hd is not for downloading other people’s songs – that’s stealing and piracy. Read their Terms of Service. It’s for downloading your OWN material.

i found a way to get the music you have to have mozilla firefox and have the add on called download helper then you go to this website called daveproxy.co.uk then enter file2hd.com then enter the myspace url and click on the song instead of right click left click then on the top left of the browser there will be a little dna thingy moving around and click on it and save the mp3 hope it helped it works for me =]
what you need to do is have the browser mozilla firefox then get the add-on called download helper after that go to this website called daveproxy.co.uk then enter at the bottom file2hd.com and enter your url of the myspace songs you want and instead of right clicking left click and at the left top of the browser there will be a dna thingy glowing and moving click on it and click download mp3
I’m in the USA, but I don’t use Firefox. Personally, I can’t stand it. Any browser that takes that long just to load, is totally useless. Plus, I find that Firefox is just as bad as Adobe these days with trackback issues and bugs.
Instead, I use the browser called Maxthon (version 2.5.1), and I can tell you now – ANY and ALL songs, pictures, etc., that I try to download from either Myspace or other websites through File2hd work just fine for me.
I’ve been using File2hd for quite some time now and have really come to rely on it. Would truly hate to see it disappear or become obsolete.

im in the us with a us based ip. the problem i found is only while downloading certain songs. if you right click and save target as, look at whats downloading with firefox. if its a file thats 3.9mb and it downloads in like 20 secs, its a fake file. its just a song of some guy singing and playing guitar really off pitched. so basically you cant download all songs currently or you will get that fake one.
i used “hidders” way… it works… GOOD LOOKIN!
People i would panic.. im sure it will take sometime…. but it will be fixed soon. Shit like this happens all the time… But if not.. then im sure another site will “pop-up” that has it all figured out… I DO… lol… but really complicated to explane…
