Hello,
We are working on the fix for MS downloads, but till its finalized will not be public available…
So, right now there isn’t a full fix, but if you want to test our job in process (a beta version of the fix) you can do it using our proxy…
Follow this Steps:
1) Go to this URL:
https://aniscartujo.com/webproxy/?lasturl=http://file2hd.com
2) Click Go (Will give you file2hd.com trough our proxy)
3) Enter the URL where are the files that you want to download, set the filter to audio, and click “Get Files”
4) Then just click over the file that you want (normal click, not right clik) and you should get the file! (Otherwise a descriptive error will be showed to you)
Notes:
- This only will work trough our proxy, when the development is finished it will be public available
- This will work from any country… So no more country restrictions!
- Our proxy is a pay service, so you will not get infinite use; just enough to test the system for a while… (Want more? Support Us! or wait till the new system is finalized and public available)
- This will not work will any file! Some of them will fail…
- Working files as son as they are tested will get a green color on the list, non working ones will get a red color… (You must refresh the file list to get the colors)
- Red color files will not work, even if you click on them 1 time or 999 times… Right now there isn’t a way to get those files…
We are working to get all the system working as it used to be… So please be patient…

If you read the post instead of just complaining in the comments, you’d know why. They’re working on it and it will be ready when it’s ready. I appreciate that file2HD even still exists, and find it bizarre that anyone would come on here and get rude about it not being ready again in just a few days.

When i go to the proxy its asking me to pay? I havnt got to download anything since this MS stuff happened. How can i get past that pay crap?

For the Beta, actually Right Click works better for me than Left Click. Right Click worked half the time and Left Click didn’t work at all…until just now. No complaints here about Standard Quality…that’s all that ever worked for me anyway. I’m just happy to have the music in any decent form to tide me over until/if the songs get officially released. Thanks again for this site!

i’d love to know why this is – could you give any sort of technical explanation? i know it’s not your fault but i’m awfully sad to have paid £1.20 only to not be able to get the file i want, even when another mp3 file from the same page works fine.

Whenever i try the proxy, it doesn’t work for me :/
it says;
“To avoid the proxy server overloading this system is temporally restricted
If you wish to continue using this system please try again in a few minutes
or you can purchase an access code to surf without limitations”

it’s myspace’s bad more than file2hd’s but why is music from the OLD myspace player available? that pisses me right off as an artist. Current stuff – rip away, but old stuff i no longer wish to share and thought i’d deleted..WTF?????
file2hd works fine… Aniscatujo just wants to make money from us downloading using his website now, that’s why he disabled it. So stop saying he needs to “fix” file2hd. He’s just figuring out a way to make money. Anyone else noticing that the newer files added by artists (the ones we probably want) are the ones showing up as red?
Worked the first time. Got two files and then it was locked for a very very long time. First it said I had no credits. Then it wouldnt allow me to access file2hd through there. I finally gave up til today I tried again. It let me use file2hd but none of the mp3s downloaded.
Jen do first a little research before complain…. MS changed its way that the music is played, from standard MP3s to encrypted RTMP. So as this post state “the work is in process” and till its finished the only way that I can provide to try the new system is trough the our proxy service (new system mean on development; not finished, unstable, and without any warranties); you are not forced to do that and also you are not forced to pay anything; if you do not understand that some services need money to stay online you can just connect your tape recorded and record what ever you are listening…
For the other patient users there are some news coming… but you just have to wait a little bit…
