File2HD.com - Proxies for Myspace HQ Downloads

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008

Hello,

I highly recommend do not try this… the proxies that I found are slow… full of ads… and some of they will fail… So only if you have enough time and enough patience do try of this…

Here are some web proxies that you can use to download High Quality versions of Myspace mp3s on File2HD.com:

http://www.cool-proxy.net/index.php?action=web-proxy
http://nblock.net (Do not use encode URL!!)
http://proxy-bg.info (Fails a lot!!)
http://freeproxys.org/ (Very slow & Full of ads)

When using a proxy to download files you will have to manually set the correct name to each one… (The files will come named as xxx.html, proxy.php, browse.php, or something like that… just save them as file.mp3 and that should work…)

I don’t own those proxies… I cannot warranty that they will work…

And remember read carefully and agree all the terms of use of File2HD.com before use it…

File2HD.com - Download Songs from the New Myspace Player

Saturday, October 4th, 2008

Hello,

Some days ago myspace added a new music player; so we had to do some changes on the site to allow downloads of mp3s from the new music player…

As the changes on myspace are new, I also left the option to grab songs from the old player… (It will be removed when myspace finish the transition process to the new player and old player songs became not downloadable)… but now you can find different songs on each player.

UPDATE: [For those asking: Even you in myspace only see a music player (the new one), it can contain both songs (from old player and the new one)… but in file2hd.com the songs are separated.
In file2hd.com under the title “new player” mostly you will see songs that were uploaded after the 09/26/2008 (when the new player was born) or those songs that myspace already converted to the new system!! and in file2hd.com under the title "old player" you will see all songs that were uploaded before 09/26/2008 (even if on myspace the files were deleted or are not available anymore on the new player)]

An old tip: To avoid typing the filename use Firefox to download the files …

Now (as before) you can download songs on standard quality and on the original quality (from the new player)

Notes to download high quality versions:
-    You can’t download them directly if you live on USA; high quality songs are only available to non USA people. It’s not because your browser nor your operating system… nor because you are on a MAC or PC… it’s because some kind of country and/or IP restriction. (I don’t know why)
-    If you are located on USA you will need a non USA proxy server to download this kind of songs
-    If you are using a proxy even if it is not on USA maybe the download will not work! Not all the songs are available on high quality!!!
-    So at the end, if you can bypass all that restrictions and finally do a high quality download; remember that the quality does not have to be real high quality, it’s just the original quality that used the band when uploaded the song… so if the original quality is 96kbps you wont get more quality… (but most bands upload on 160kbps or more)
-    If you find any proxy that works with HQ downloads please post it on the comments…

Please remember to read and understand and agree the TOS before use file2hd.com or make any download trough file2hd.com

File2HD.com - Download Myspace MP3s at high quality!

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

Now with file2hd.com you can download myspace mp3s at the original artist quality… the same file that the artist uploaded… also with id3 tags! no more crappy quality mp3s!!

Steps:
- Go to file2hd.com
- Enter the myspace band url, set the filter to audio, and click get files
- Right click on the song that you wish to download (You can select between low or full quality version)

Notes:
- It does not work for all users… So if you can’t get the original file you will have to live with the low quality version or try on another computer with a different IP or use a proxy.
- To avoid typing the filename use Firefox to make the downloads…

File2HD.com - The simplest way to download MP3s from Imeem

Saturday, February 23rd, 2008

New updates have been done to site to allow audio downloads from imeem pages.

How to download the files?
1 - Go to file2hd.com
2 - Enter the site imeem url
3 - Set the filter to audio
4 - Right Click on the file to download it
5 - (Optional) To convert the audio from FLV to MP3; just go to file2hd.com tools page and download the FLV2MP3 tool.

Notes:
- Due imeem anti-leeching techniques audio downloads only work with Firefox
Why? Because Firefox takes the file name from the URL with out processing it… and Internet Explorer does request the URL before the download to get the filename and that makes the download fail…)
- It may take a little time when you click the link until the download starts… (don’t worry… is normal)

Aniscartujo Web Proxy - Cookie Problems?

Wednesday, May 30th, 2007

If you are accessing too many pages trough the proxy at some point (if you dont clean older cookies) you will start having cookie problems… (old cookies get erased or overrited)

Why? because all the cookies are stored as they come from only one domain (the proxy domain), and all the browsers sets a cookie limit per domain.

Current Browser Limits
Firefox 1.5: 50
Firefox 2.0: 50
Opera 9: 30
Internet Explorer 6: 20
Internet Explorer 7: 20

So my recomendation is use FireFox because it allows a bigger number of cookies per domain… and also you can change this limit editing the FireFox configuration.

How can i edit the firefox configuration?
Easy… just type in the firefox url bar, “about:config”
You will get all the firefox options… and to maximize the number of cookies just add this value as integer “network.cookie.maxPerHost” and set it to “500″… so now your cookie problem is fixed :)
